Allianz Technology is looking for an hands-on AI Delivery & Platform Engineer to enable AI-assisted development tooling across BMP delivery teams. You will configure, integrate, and operate Claude Code and related tooling, ensuring security, stability, and alignment with engineering standards.

You will partner with DevOps and platform teams to troubleshoot issues, upgrade configurations, and enable delivery teams to use AI tools effectively in a hybrid enterprise setting.

Formación

• Hands-on software engineer with enterprise experience.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines in large environments.
• Experience configuring and operating Claude Code or similar AI-assisted tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and operate AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• Ensure integration of AI tooling with repositories, codebases, and testing frameworks.
• Integrate AI tooling into development environments and CI/CD pipelines per engineering standards.
• Manage tooling configuration, upgrades, and technical standards.
• Enable delivery teams to use AI-assisted development tools effectively.
• Act as the first technical escalation point for AI tooling issues.
• Troubleshoot failures and integration problems across environments.
• Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operation of AI tooling with DevOps and platform teams.
