Join Canva in Madrid as a Motion Designer & Video Editor on a 12‑month, full‑time contract. This hybrid role requires you in the Madrid office 2–3 days per week and centers on creating world‑class motion for social, YouTube, and campaigns.

You'll work with a local growth creative pod to ship data‑driven motion content, learn from performance metrics, and push craft across Meta, TikTok and YouTube formats in a fast, high‑performance environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of motion design experience with a portfolio showing shipped work across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Strong fluency in After Effects or Cavalry and hands-on video editing ability.
• Solid editing in CapCut, Canva Video and/or Premiere Pro with social‑first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on motion and edit to make Canva feel magical and product‑driven.
• Build world‑class YouTube assets and social content across platforms.
• Recut creator content into performance‑tuned work for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Design motion assets across performance and brand, balancing speed and polish.
• Support the broader marketing team with flexible craft resources.
