UST España & Latam in Madrid seeks a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Lead Engineer with a strong banking background. The role is hybrid, located in Madrid city center with three days in the office. English is required; Spanish desirable.

You will own IT service operations for a strategic project, leading PL/SQL development and integration work. The ideal candidate will have extensive Oracle 19c experience, migration expertise, and a proven record in high‑volume, regulated environments within financial

Formación

• Senior-level Oracle PL/SQL experience on Oracle Database 19c, incl. upgrades, modernization or migrations.
• Hands-on migration from Oracle 17 to 19c with compatibility assessments and tuning.
• Expertise in PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers; complex SQL/PL/SQL scripting.
• Experience building and enhancing system integration interfaces; high-volume messaging.
• Knowledge of Swift messaging is a plus; financial products familiarity is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end IT service operation for a strategic banking project.
• Lead technical contributions and ensure reliability during migration and evolution.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL code; support upgrade processes and integrations.
• Collaborate across teams in a regulated, global environment.
