Medtronic is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our in-house Service & Repair Customer Care team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, combining office-based work with remote collaboration to support Portugal's healthcare providers and patients through timely repairs and clear communication.

You will manage service requests, coordinate with engineers and logistics, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated MedTech environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma with 2+ years in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary contact for customers during service and repair journeys.
• Manage service requests, quotations, orders, and follow-ups for a strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with service engineers, repair centers, logistics, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Handle customer escalations and follow up on product/service complaints.
• Support quality and compliance in a regulated MedTech environment.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in projects, system enhancements, and UAT activities.
