HP Development Company, L.P. in Spain seeks a Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive with Italian to own end-to-end account strategies for medium business accounts. You will build relationships, drive acquisition, retention, and leverage HP offerings to create value for customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, fluent Italian, strong English, and up to 2 years in sales or account management. Hybrid work with training provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree acquired within the past 12 months.
• Fluent Italian is required.
• A good command of English is required.
• Up to 2 years of work experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
• Understanding of sales processes and strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
• Expand share-of-wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Identify & Connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiatives
• Engage with executives and build customer relationships.
• Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.
