Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks an IT Systems Support Officer based in Spain for a fully remote role. You will support users across Microsoft 365 and business applications, manage access, assets, and system records, and contribute to cybersecurity and process improvements.

The role blends hands-on troubleshooting with systems administration, documentation, and collaboration with internal users and external IT providers across an international setup.

Formación

• 2+ years in IT support or systems support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity principles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when required.
• Maintain IT asset registers and system documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT providers for complex problems.
• Assist with system implementations, updates, and workflows.
