TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure initiatives and real estate-related projects. You will apply standard project practices, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and independent work. Hybrid work, with two days in the office weekly, is offered within a global, diverse environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in project management within IT-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal skills capable of engaging at all levels.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver structured and disciplined project management for key IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, including Data Center migrations and telephony upgrades.
• Apply best-practice project management standards and maintain project documentation.
• Plan, track, and report progress, manage risks and dependencies.
• Mobilise teams and stakeholders to deliver change and alignment.
