TD SYNNEX Spain in Barcelona seeks a Project Manager to lead and provide project management across key initiatives, applying formal methodologies, maintaining the project portfolio and ensuring consistent governance.

The role involves shaping delivery plans, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, coaching teams, and delivering projects on time and to quality. A hybrid work arrangement in Barcelona is offered with opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• Project management experience.
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work confidently at all levels within the organization and external parties.
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Nice to have: Experience in Change Management.

Responsabilidades

• Support and drive project delivery within the business as required.
• Apply best practice methodology and standards to provide project documentation including project plans to ensure timely execution of activities and the delivery of all projects on time and to quality.
• Project planning, tracking and reporting.
• Mobilise the project team and the business to ensure both are focussed and supportive of delivering effective change.
• Provide ongoing constructive challenge to shape and influence best project outcomes.
• Promote project management by providing a consistent and professional service to the business.
• Provide coaching and support to those delivering projects across the business.
• Develop good working relationships with key individuals within the business and those external to the business as required.
