TD SYNNEX is seeking a Project Manager to provide structure and discipline to key initiatives and maintain the Project Portfolio. The role involves supporting diverse projects, planning, tracking, and coaching delivery teams in a hybrid Barcelona-based environment.

You will apply best practice, collaborate across the business, and drive change while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Hybrid work and ongoing professional development are offered.

Formación

• Project management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Effective inter-personal skills and the ability to work confidently at all levels within the organization and external parties.
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously.
• Nice to have: Change Management experience.

• Provide ongoing constructive challenge to shape and influence best project outcomes.
• Promote project management by providing a consistent and professional service to the business.
• Provide coaching and support to those delivering projects across the business.
• Develop good working relationships with key individuals within the business and those external to the business as required.
