TD SYNNEX is seeking a Project Manager for our Barcelona-based hybrid role. You will provide project management for core initiatives and maintain a formal project management portfolio to ensure timely delivery and quality across the business.

The role requires strong communication, proactive collaboration across levels, and the ability to drive change with a structured PM approach. Hybrid work in Barcelona and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Projects will be varied and wide ranging encompassing all areas of the business.
• Apply best practice methodology and standards to provide project documentation including project plans to ensure timely execution of activities and the delivery of all projects on time and to quality.
• Project planning, tracking and reporting.
• Mobilise the project team and the business to ensure both are focussed and supportive of delivering effective change.
• Provide ongoing constructive challenge to shape and influence best project outcomes.
• Promote project management by providing a consistent and professional service to the business.
• Provide coaching and support to those delivering projects across the business.
• Develop good working relationships with key individuals within the business and those external to the business as required.
