Capitole Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex IT, software, and digital transformation initiatives. You will handle governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business goals.

This hybrid role requires frequent collaboration with French- and English-speaking teams and travel to project sites as needed. Strong experience in IT projects and pan-disciplinary delivery are essential.

Formación

• Experience as Project Manager or Project Coordinator in IT/software/digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate software applications, IT systems or digital solutions.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and project governance, planning and KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of IT/software/digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate projects from requirements through deployment and go-live.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and docs.
• Coordinate governance activities, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and financial KPIs.
• Collaborate with software, IT infra, business, engineering and external partners.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and delivery activities.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure governance compliance.
• Occasionally travel to project sites and other locations.
