Approach People Recruitment seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international IT implementation, rollout, deployment and infrastructure-related projects. You will coordinate Infrastructure, Systems, and Network engineers with business stakeholders and external partners across multiple countries.

The role demands strong planning, budgeting, and risk management, plus collaboration with IT Operations for a smooth project handover.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience in IT implementation, rollout, deployment, transformation, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and dependencies.
• Excellent English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international IT implementation, rollout, deployment and infrastructure projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate Infrastructure, Systems and Network engineers with stakeholders and partners.
• Understand dependencies between systems and network teams and their impact.
• Coordinate local and global IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead meetings, steering committees and progress reviews.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies and local requirements.
• Ensure alignment with global IT standards and processes.
• Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management.
• Support communication, training and change management as required.
• Ensure a smooth transition to IT Operations after project completion.
