The Credit & Collection Specialist position at Thinkproject GmbH in Bucharest combines bilingual communication and financial operations to optimize cash flow and reduce bad debt. You will manage the receivables portfolio, follow up on overdue invoices, and collaborate with internal teams to enforce credit policies while delivering excellent service to customers.

• Advanced written and verbal English and German.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with financial software (NetSuite, SAP).
• Proficient in Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts receivable portfolio and ensure timely payments.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and negotiate payment plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly A/R reports.
• Review delinquent accounts to identify root causes.
• Perform account reconciliations and support payment allocations.
• Escalate accounts and coordinate with internal teams or partners.
• Set up automated dunning communications.
