Zooplus is seeking a Lead Forecasting Manager to drive demand forecasting across SKU levels, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust forecasting solutions. You will own the end-to-end SKU forecasting process and deliver actionable insights to support S&OP/E decisions.

The role requires a university degree, 5+ years in forecasting, strong SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau skills, and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset ready for a hybrid work model in Madrid.

Formación

• University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of forecasting experience in sales/demand/SKU/inbound/outbound forecasting, data analytics or BI.
• Experience applying statistical forecasting models at SKU/article level in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate SQL and advanced Excel; experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical, pragmatic, and collaborative problem solving; effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Run the cross-functional forecasting process and own the SKU forecasting across horizons.
• Identify root causes for deviations and implement forecasting optimizations.
• Provide forecasting insights to S&OP/E, leading KPI-driven performance management.
• Collaborate with Demand, Inventory, Product/Tech and business teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Develop and present regular and ad-hoc reports on SKU forecasting performance.
