Verisure is seeking a talented Demand Planner to influence forecasting, inventory and cost efficiencies within a hybrid Madrid-based role. You will partner with commercial teams and supply to deliver accurate, actionable insights that support strategic decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in retail, strong analytics, proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, and fluency in English. Oracle knowledge is a plus. Esteemed peers and a fast-paced environment await you at Verisure.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Retail dealing with Sales, Marketing and Finance leads.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modelling, and PowerPoint for presenting findings.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1).
• ORACLE knowledge would be a plus.
• Experience working with PowerBI to read and interpret reports.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Demand Forecasting through modelling and analysis to enhance performance and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to obtain key insights and understand business evolution.
• Analyze data to propose insights, market trends, and phase-out strategies.
• Inventory management support, ensuring stock levels align with demand and policies.
• Monitor weekly forecast accuracy and report gaps to leadership.
• Lead improvement opportunities, including automation and reporting.
• Compute total volume needs to share with Group Supply monthly based on sales and inventory.
• Develop understanding of the commercial model and key drivers for value-added decision making.
• Drive best-in-class demand planning activities to improve efficiencies.
