Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred, with a data-driven mindset and 2+ years in planning or BI roles. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align demand

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering/statistics or related field.
• Data-driven professional who turns insights into action.
• Experience with forecasting software and ERP or statistical tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market trends, purchasing behaviors, and sales to build demand forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Strategy to translate insights into forecasts.
• Monitor forecast performance and drive corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supply to optimize inventory and production planning.
• Support customer satisfaction through coordinated forecasting and service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive growth.
