Flanks is a fintech startup in Barcelona seeking a Financial Customer Support Intern to own onboarding and daily support for strategic clients. You will work with the Tech team, gather requirements, track delivery timelines, and ensure new developments land smoothly for users who rely on them.

The role sits at the intersection of client needs and engineering roadmap, offering hands-on exposure to both technical and relationship aspects in a fast-growing fintech.

Qualifications

• Some exposure to financial markets or the wealth management space.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for new features and integrations, and translate them into clear specs for the team.
• Own and manage the timeline of new developments, keeping stakeholders aligned on progress.
• Be the first point of contact for client issues, triaging and resolving them or escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to keep implementations on track.
