Flanks is seeking an FP&A Specialist in Barcelona to own day-to-day accounting operations, including monthly closings, tax filings, and financial reporting. You will work with the Head of Finance and cross-functionally with People, Sales, and AP to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone ready to grow from pure accounting into forward-looking FP&A as Flanks scales. The position is full-time, with hybrid work in a Barcelona office near Sants Estació and Plaça

Formación

• 3+ years of professional accounting or FP&A experience in a fast-growing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and/or Spanish GAAP (PGC).
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills are required.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., ODOO) and tax filing processes.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish for collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day accounting operations, from monthly closings to tax filings.
• Manage end-to-end monthly closing process and cost consolidation.
• Prepare and file taxes (IVA, retenciones, Sociedades) and ensure local compliance.
• Lead financial reporting planning and management reporting creation.
• Monitor performance against budget and support FP&A forecasting.
• Interact with clients and investors to resolve billing queries.
