Barsento is hiring a senior Financial & Accounting Project Controller for the Madrid Arena project. You will own full-cycle accounting, budget and forecast, and provide financial insight to shareholders and project leadership.

The role requires robust accounting rigour, strong analytical ability, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration across finance, development, construction, legal and procurement in a hybrid Madrid-based setting.

Formación

• University degree in business/finance/accounting.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial/project control.
• Experience with construction or large-scale capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full accounting cycle for project entities.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets and cash flow analysis.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgeting, forecasting and controls.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and liaise with advisers.
• Provide financial insight to shareholders and leadership.
