Job summary

ABB is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within Electrification Service. You will govern complex programs, align cross-functional teams, and report to senior leadership on portfolio performance.

Qualifications

10+ years in program/project/PMO leadership with focus on digital transformation or software delivery.
Strong governance, reporting, and portfolio management practices.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across a global organization.
Passion for collaboration, organizational change, and driving alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic digital programs across EL Service.
Track OKRs, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance for senior leadership.
Establish governance frameworks and escalation paths for cross-functional execution.
Drive change management and continuous improvement for digital solution adoption.
