Allianz Technology is seeking an experienced Program Lead to drive end-to-end CRM solution deployment and IT service delivery. You will own governance, budgeting, and rollout execution across vendor selection, integration, and architecture.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and knowledge of IT service management in an enterprise setting, ideally with insurance/finance exposure. Hybrid work model offered with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading end-to-end IT application/service introduction programs.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead build-vs-buy decision and vendor evaluation.
• Act as Product Owner translating business needs into developer requirements.
• Define integration approach with enterprise architecture.
• Ensure seamless integration with contract management tool.
• Prepare detailed time, cost and resource plans for rollout lifecycle.
• Lead rollout activities with stakeholders across business and IT.
• Ensure delivery on time, budget and security/governance standards.
