Infront in Madrid is seeking a Contracts & Governance Manager to oversee commercial contracts and corporate governance across jurisdictions. You will develop standardized frameworks, advise internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Legal Affairs, you will draft templates, coordinate governance activities, organize board and shareholder meetings, and align signatory authorities with legal requirements.

Formación

• Law degree or equivalent legal education with strong expertise in software contract law, general contract law, and data protection law.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and company secretarial practices.
• Business-fluent English; German or Italian is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and standardize contract templates, general terms and conditions, and other contractual documentation.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide legal advice to management and internal divisions on contractual matters.
• Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders on commercial topics.
• Coordinate governance activities across group entities in multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor statutory filing obligations and governance requirements.
• Organize and administer board and shareholder meetings.
• Draft board minutes, resolutions, and other governance documents.
