Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior in-house or law firm with international advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish commercial and employment laws.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts across diverse areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft commercial agreements for Spain and LATAM.
• Advise on employment matters including contracts and internal policies.
