Job summary

Magnific seeks a Commercial Lawyer to shape the legal framework for enterprise SaaS products in the EU/EMEA region. You will partner with Sales, Product and Business Development to enable scalable AI initiatives, while managing risk and regulatory requirements.

You should bring a law degree, 5+ years of post-qualification experience, and fluency in English (Spanish preferred) to navigate EU AI Act and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Law degree and qualification to practice in an EU/EMEA jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
• Experience in SaaS/tech licensing and contracts.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate enterprise SaaS deals and manage commercial risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Business Development teams.
• Draft and review licensing, services and data agreements.
• Provide practical legal guidance to support scalable AI products.
