Job summary

Deckers Brands in Madrid is seeking a Collections Analyst to protect cash flow, reduce overdue debt and deliver an outstanding customer financial services experience across Spain and Portugal.

You will work with Credit, Sales and Customer Service teams, using data and digital tools to improve payment performance and support business growth.

This role requires multilingual fluency, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems and collections platforms.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English are essential.
• Spanish language skills are highly desirable; additional languages welcome.
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable or credit control.
• Experience with ERP systems, collections tools or customer account platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment collection.
• Build relationships with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate solutions.
• Identify payment trends and risks to support sound collections decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Credit teams to resolve disputes.
• Support digital tools adoption to improve collections efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for cash performance.
