Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts receivable balances for a large portfolio of customers in Spain.
• Proactively contact customers to collect payments and resolve blockers to improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics to unblock deliveries and resolve payment issues.
• Provide insights on delinquent accounts and recommend corrective actions to support credit management.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection processes and reduce manual efforts.
