Job summary

Colliers in Madrid is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our Technology Hub. You will build, maintain, and optimize cloud-native and hybrid workloads across Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure, collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will implement scalable infrastructure, develop CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security and compliance while contributing to global products and services for internal and external customers in Commercial Real Estate.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as Code (Terraform) and automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of GCP and Azure, including networking, IAM, storage and monitoring.
Experience in distributed or remote teams using Jira, GitHub, Miro and Azure DevOps.
Experience with observability tools (e.g. Sentry, Lighthouse).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing tech environment and to foster change in larger organizations.
Bachelor's degree in a technical major; GCP certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement scalable and secure GCP infrastructure based on design documents and business needs.
Develop CI/CD pipelines, including IaC versioning and change-control workflows.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and reusable modules.
Monitor cloud performance, reliability, and cost with native tools.
Ensure security, IAM, encryption, and audit logging compliance.
Troubleshoot issues and maintain disaster recovery plans.
Maintain high-quality runbooks and documentation.
