ING España&Portugal is seeking a Data & AI Engineering Manager to lead the data platforms, cloud-based data products, and AI foundations within a hybrid cloud setting. You will oversee end-to-end product delivery, drive architectural decisions, and ensure resilience, scalability, and performance across services.

Formación

• Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Proactivity is a must; we are expecting a LEADER.
• Architectural skills.
• Experience in Data Projects based on Public Cloud Technologies.
• Strong knowledge and development experience of Public Cloud (Azure or GCP).
• AI adoption process experience.
• AI development experience on Public Cloud.
• Strong analytical, people management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the execution of the Data Driven Banking initiatives.
• Co-create the “HOW” with the business lead and Data Driven Banking lead.
• Aligning with the Business Lead the IT Strategy more feasible to the development or new product.
• Guaranteeing Business delivery and Tech standards compliance.
• Provide solutions for improving services reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Be aware of the best technologies that can improve our systems.
• Define IT Team/squad composition.
• Define Squad/product/Program organization with Business Lead.
• Manage end-to-end products development, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
• Design systems with resilience in mind and proactively manage incidents to minimize downtime and ensure continuity.
