Ticketmaster Spain is seeking a Client Support Specialist to deliver high-quality services to event organisers and promoters, managing the full lifecycle of client events and ensuring seamless support across Ticketmaster platforms.

You will train clients, coordinate with internal teams, maintain Salesforce records, and provide onsite support as needed. Fluency in English and at least 3 years in Event Support are required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Support or Box Office operations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-line support to a portfolio of clients, ranging from moderate to high impact.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure ongoing operational maintenance.
• Manage the full operational lifecycle of client events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalised and proactive support.
• Provide consultancy to understand client business goals and define tailored solutions.
