GMV in Madrid seeks an experienced Agile Space Project Manager to lead ground segment projects with a results-driven mindset, balancing traditional space milestones with agile delivery.

You will manage scope, schedule and budgets across complex teams, coordinate with customers and primes, and drive end-to-end mission deliveries. PMP and language skills (German, French, Italian) are a plus; hybrid work is available.

Formación

• Experience in Project Management and Systems Engineering within the space sector.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ECSS standards valued.
• Experience coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders and major primes.

Responsabilidades

• Define mission objectives and success criteria.
• Align technical roadmaps with customer priorities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and contractual baselines.
• Lead trade-offs between performance, cost, risk and schedule.
• Coordinate incremental mission capability deliveries.
• Manage risks and mitigation strategies across the program lifecycle.
