Santander is evolving into a technology-driven organization, seeking engineers with 4–8 years in software/AI and at least 2 years building production LLM systems. You will design memory-enabled multi-agent workflows, fine-tune models for banking use cases, and deliver production-ready code with scalable APIs.

Formación

• 4–8 years in software or AI engineering with 2+ years in production-grade LLM systems.
• Hands-on design and deployment of multi-agent AI systems with memory and orchestration.
• Experience fine-tuning LMs for domain tasks and dataset curation.
• Delivery track record from architecture to production code.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating with cloud/data sources.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems.
• Prototype in two-week sprints with architecture, code and demos.
• Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to translate concepts into value.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise data integrations.
