UST, a multinational digital technology company, is seeking an AI Software Engineer to join a global wealth management project. You will help integrate AI capabilities into the software delivery toolchain, collaborating with client IT and business stakeholders in an international environment.

We offer a hybrid Madrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and opportunities to work on AI-driven automation, LLM/RAG pipelines, and secure scalable solutions, with a strong focus on security

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer or DevOps/MLOps specialist, with expertise in AI integration and process automation.
• In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs.
• Hands-on experience integrating ML and Generative AI solutions into production environments, emphasizing scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Strong focus on security, with familiarity with enterprise-grade tools and adherence to data protection and compliance standards.
• Skilled at working within agile, cross-functional teams, paired with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or demonstrates equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities into the software delivery toolchain.
• Collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to define opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Prototype and validate LLM-based or RAG pipelines to drive business value.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation across developer productivity platforms.
• Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features.
• Ensure traceability, logging, and compliance of integrated solutions.
• Drive best practices for automation, monitoring, and reproducibility.
