Cap Ingelec is seeking an HVAC Design Project Manager to join the Madrid design team. You will ensure compliance and manage mechanical package design studies from definition to handover, coordinating with BIM and Engineering.
You will also oversee tendering, technical decisions, and on-site support. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 10 years in industrial building design, with fluent Spanish and English; French is a plus.
As part of our organizational development and to support our growth around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are looking for an HVAC Design Project Manager to join our design team in Madrid.
Reporting to the Engineering Department Manager, you will be ensuring and maintaining compliance with the technical, regulatory and standard requirements for the HVAC discipline. Working autonomously from requirements definition through to project handover, you will manage the mechanical package design studies (HVAC, Plumbing...) and provide technical support throughout the construction phases.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
You hold a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent) and have at least 10 years of experience in the design of industrial building projects.
Recognized for your interpersonal skills and technical expertise, you are comfortable working in a collaborative environment. You enjoy working in an international, multicultural context.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, while French would be an asset.
