Cap Ingelec Sa is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Project Manager to be part of our design team in Madrid. You will manage HVAC and plumbing design solutions while ensuring compliance with all project requirements.

This role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 10 years of experience in HVAC design for industrial building projects. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with French as a plus. Join us to take on major technical challenges!

• Comfortable in collaborative and multicultural environments.
• Proficient in technical documentation and project compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Design optimized technical solutions for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Supervise design drawings and coordination with engineering teams.
• Prepare and assess tender documentation and contractor proposals.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Lead coordination meetings and monitor construction activities.
• Participate in commissioning and pre-handover inspections.
