Cap Ingelec is seeking an HVAC Design Project Manager to join the Madrid design team. You will ensure compliance with mechanical standards and lead HVAC package design studies from requirements definition through handover.

The role requires an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of experience in building or industrial facilities design. Spanish and English fluency is essential, with occasional travel and BIM collaboration.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with specialization in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in design for building or industrial facility projects.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design optimized HVAC solutions (mechanical sizing, specs, documentation).
• Supervise drawings and models with Design & BIM teams.
• Prepare tender documentation and assess contractor proposals.
• Own technical decisions for your discipline.
• Lead technical meetings and support on-site construction activities.
• Participate in commissioning and pre-handover inspections.
