Job summary

Siemens Energy in Madrid region seeks an experienced manager to lead the Power Transformers Field Service team within the High Voltage Services Department. You will oversee Supervisors, Equipment & Tools, and Subcontractors to ensure project execution goes smoothly.

The role focuses on resource planning for Installation & Commissioning and service activities, monitoring field tasks, and managing quotations, invoicing, and equipment investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• Experience coordinating Field Service activities in High Voltage substations, especially with power transformers.
• Strong results orientation, organization, accountability, and resilience in pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Field Service resources (Supervisors, Equipment & Tools, Subcontractors).
• Plan and allocate Field Service resources across Installation, Commissioning and service activities.
• Monitor and control execution of Field Service tasks and finances (quotations, invoicing, equipment investments).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
