Littelfuse is seeking an HR Partner for the ICP Plant in Piedras Negras to align people strategies with business goals and drive talent development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

You will provide hands-on HR support across employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience in a high-performance manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is required.

As HR Partner for the ICP Plant in Piedras Negras, you collaborate with plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals. You drive talent development, engagement, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws. You deliver hands-on HR support across employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience. • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous management or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices—employee relations, talent management, recruiting, performance, OD
• Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with operational leadership
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with practical solutions
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS; Workday experience preferred
• Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance
