Littelfuse is seeking an HR Partner for the ICP Plant in Piedras Negras to align people strategies with business goals. You’ll drive talent development, engagement, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring policy and labor law compliance.

You’ll deliver hands-on HR support across employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with plant leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead talent development, performance management, engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Drive recruiting and workforce planning with Talent Acquisition.
• Monitor HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, policies, and audits.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deliver consistent HR support.

As HR Partner for the ICP Plant in Piedras Negras, you collaborate with plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals. You deliver hands-on HR support across employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience. • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous management or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices—employee relations, talent management, recruiting, performance, OD
• Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with operational leadership
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with practical solutions
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS; Workday experience preferred
• Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance
• PHR certification or equivalent preferred
