Littelfuse is seeking an HR Partner for a manufacturing plant to align people strategies with business goals and to drive talent development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate with plant leadership to implement HR initiatives that support high performance and compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of Mexican labor law.

Formación

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience leading HR programs, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance.
• PHR certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with plant leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead talent development, performance management, engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Drive recruiting and workforce planning with Talent Acquisition.
• Lead HR programs and projects to improve employee experience and business performance.
• Monitor HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, policies, and audits.
• Support change management and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deliver consistent HR support.
• May coach HR team members or associates in leadership roles.

As HR Partner for the ICP Plant in Piedras Negras, you collaborate with plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals. You drive talent development, engagement, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws. You deliver hands-on HR support across employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience.
