You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, policies, and compliance with Spanish labor laws, while partnering with leadership to shape a people-centric culture aligned with the brand.

• Experience in core HR management areas, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Spanish labor law, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage sensitive situations, and support diverse teams.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with HR systems and digital tools, such as HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and basic office software.
• Previous experience in a retail, design, or creative environment is an advantage, as is familiarity with fast-growing, entrepreneurial companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are highly beneficial.

Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mijas, responsible for overseeing all HR functions and supporting a positive, high-performing work environment.
