Zoco Home is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and optimize domestic and international operations in the Costa del Sol region. You will manage transport providers, warehouses, and delivery partners, ensuring on-time daily deliveries and strong OTIF performance.

The role requires KPI-driven improvement, ERP data stewardship, and collaboration with purchasing, sales, customer service, and warehouse teams.

Formación

• Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations.
• Experience as Logistics Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and delivery processes.
• Experience with KPIs and improving operational performance.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate domestic and international logistics operations.

• Track logistics KPIs and translate data into actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency, and service quality.
• Lead, organize, and develop the logistics team with clear priorities, accountability, and strong day-to-day communication.

• Ensure daily deliveries are completed on time and monitor OTIF performance.
• Resolve transport and delivery issues quickly and effectively.
• Improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and maintain high service levels.
• Work closely with purchasing, sales, customer service, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate logistics data and ERP records.
• Support inventory flow, warehouse efficiency, and continuous operational improvements.
• Track logistics KPIs and turn performance data into clear actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency, service quality, and overall logistics performance.
• Lead, organize, and develop the logistics team with clear priorities, accountability, and strong day-to-day communication.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations.
• Experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor or Logistics Manager.
• Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, deliveries, and supply chain processes.
• Experience working with logistics KPIs and improving operational performance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A structured and proactive approach with the ability to take ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing changing priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Driving licence.
• Based in the Málaga / Costa del Sol area.
