Zoco Home is seeking a Product Manager to lead and improve our supply chain operations across suppliers, warehouses, stores, and customers. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring commercial success and brand alignment.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong coordination, and experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo), advanced Excel/Power BI, and fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Educational background in Business Administration, Product Management, or Interior Design with analytics orientation.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills and a commercial mindset.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets/Power BI proficiency and ERP experience (Odoo) and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of products from concept to launch and ongoing performance.
• Analyze product performance, including sales, stock rotation, margins and trends to inform decisions.
• Handle Product Data Management: naming, descriptions, dimensions, etc.
• Develop dashboards and reports analyzing product performance.
• Benchmark pricing and product positioning across markets.
• Propose new products and review existing ones for relevance.
• Create and maintain product data across systems.
• Develop clear, structured, brand-aligned product specifications.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing and marketing to ensure successful product execution.
• Define and monitor KPI implementation and follow-up.

Your Role

You will play a key role in managing and continuously improving our logistics operations, ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to warehouses, stores, project sites, and customers.

Role Overview

The Product Manager Role requires an analytical minded -professional who can confidently manage the full product lifecycle, overseeing the product from concept and to launch an ongoing performance, with the ability to take full ownership of product- related processes, ensuring both commercial success and strong brand alignment.

The Product Manager ensures that collections are commercially strong, operationally feasible, aligned with brand identity, stakeholders, and launched on time.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of products - from concept and development to launch and performance
• Analyze product performance, including sales, stock rotation, margin and trends, to support decisions-making
• Product Data Management - Product naming, Descriptions, Dimensions, etc.
• Elaborate dashboards and reports analysing product performance
• Benchmarking - price and product positioning
• New Products proposal - Reviewing existing product
• Create and maintain product data across the systems
• Develop clear, structured, and brand aligned
• Collaborate closely with design, sourcing and marketing teams to ensure successful product execution. Cross functional coordination
• Kpi's implementation and Follow up

Required Skills
