CTGE busca un becario de Recursos Humanos para apoyar al equipo en reclutamiento, onboarding y proyectos internos.

Tus funciones incluyen publicar ofertas, screening de CV, coordinar entrevistas, gestionar comunicación con candidatos y universidades, y apoyar en informes de RRHH. Se valorará máster en RR. HH.; experiencia en HR y dominio de MS Office y SAP; español nativo e inglés C1.

Formación

• Se requieren estudios: Licenciatura en Psicología, Gestión de RR. HH. o similar.
• Máster en RR. HH. será muy valorado.
• Idioma español nativo o bilingüe.
• Inglés avanzado (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Publicar ofertas de empleo y filtrar candidaturas.
• Buscar candidatos en LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conducir entrevistas iniciales por teléfono o videollamada.
• Organizar entrevistas con managers y mantener plazos.
• Gestionar la comunicación con candidatos durante el proceso.
• Apoyar en gestión de prácticas y acuerdos con universidades.
• Apoyar employer branding en ferias y relaciones con universidades.
• Gestión de onboarding y offboarding de empleados e internos.
• Organizar archivos y documentación.
• Apoyar en proyectos y reportes de RRHH.
• Apoyar al equipo de RRHH en tareas diarias.

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is highly motivated to learn. ¿Es este su próximo empleo? The candidate will support the whole HR Team in any task or ad-hoc project, and will have a strong focus on Recruitment.

Functions & Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes and filtering candidates based on their suitability.
• Conduct active search of potential candidates through the platform LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Carry out initial screening interviews via phone call or video call, to verify their suitability with the role.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and the company’s managers, ensuring clear communication and timelines.
• Manage communication with candidates during the entire recruitment process, handling any inquiries they have.
• Assist the internship management: communication with universities and schools, drafting student’s agreements, and overseeing the internships evolution.
• Promoting employer branding by attending job-fairs and communicating with new universities/schools to find suitable students.
• Managing the On-boarding and Off-boarding of employees and interns.
• Assist in organizing the files and other relevant documentation.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and reports.
• Support the HR Team in any daily tasks that maybe needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any other related discipline.
• Masters degree in Human Resources Management will be highly valuable.
• Native/Bilingual Spanish language level.
• Advanced English language level (C1).

Will be a plus if...

• Previous experience in HR, especially in the Renewable Energy Sector will be desired.
• Experience with Windows OS and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.
• International experience will be highly valuable.
• Communication skills and relationships management.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proactivity, ability to work independently and willingness to learn.
