Responsibilities

• Support the management and administration of land lease agreements related to renewable energy projects
• Review and monitor contractual payments, including tracking pending and completed payments and preparing monthly calculations of amounts owed to landowners
• Maintain and organize contract documentation and internal databases related to land agreements, project status and stakeholder information
• Monitor contract deadlines and suspension clauses, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance
• Support communication with landowners, including follow-up on contract addendums, requesting IBAN confirmations and proof of receipt
• Assist in contract negotiations and administrative processes with landowners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of renewable energy projects
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management and internal processes

Qualifications

• You have completed your studies in Engineering (energy fields), Environmental Sciences, Business or other relevant studies
• It's a plus if you already have developed strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in land assessment and data management
• Proficiency level in database management tool GIS and MS Office tools
• Business fluent in English and Spanish
• You are organized, adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
