Job summary

Meller in Barcelona is seeking an energetic HR Generalist to drive talent acquisition, HR administration, and a positive workplace culture.

You will manage onboarding through offboarding, ensure PRL compliance and a healthy environment, and act as the go-to contact for team members while supporting internal policy improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally with a background in fast-paced retail.
• Proven hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and HR administration.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to juggle multiple core HR functions.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English to support our Barcelona team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR administration from onboarding to offboarding.
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition to attract and hire top talent.
• Oversee PRL (Occupational Health and Safety) compliance for a safe work environment.
• Serve as the main HR contact for team members and inquiries.
• Collaborate on HR projects to improve internal policies and engagement.

Your role

• Manage daily HR administration, ensuring smooth employee life-cycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition efforts to attract, interview, and hire top talent for our growing teams.
• Oversee Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) compliance, maintaining a secure and healthy environment for all employees.
• Act as the go-to point of contact for team members, resolving general HR inquiries and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
• Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve our internal policies and employee engagement.

What we’re looking for

• 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally with a background in the fast-paced retail industry.
• Proven hands-on experience managing full-cycle talent acquisition, HR administration, and PRL processes.
• A strong problem-solving attitude with the agility and organization to juggle multiple core HR functions.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English to support our international team in Barcelona.
