Script & Dot in Barcelona is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations & HubSpot Specialist to execute and optimise demand generation campaigns for a global technology leader. You will build campaigns in HubSpot, align with Salesforce, manage emails, workflows and lead nurturing in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

The role focuses on data-driven marketing operations, tracking MQLs/SQLs, maintaining clean CRM data, and collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales.

Formación

• Experience supporting digital marketing, demand generation or marketing operations.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Comfortable working with campaign data, reporting and performance tracking.
• Organised, detail-oriented and operationally strong.
• Experience within SaaS or B2B technology marketing is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars and content syndication
• Build and manage campaign workflows, email automation and lead nurture programmes in HubSpot
• Support lead nurturing and audience segmentation
• Ensure seamless lead management between HubSpot and Salesforce
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (MQLs, SQLs and pipeline impact)
• Maintain clean CRM data and campaign attribution
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams
