Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HTA-focused Programmer (SAS & R) to support German AMNOG dossiers from Spain-based, remote or hybrid work. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists applying clinical evidence to reimbursement decisions.

Strong statistics, programming, and CDISC expertise are essential, with fluent German and English required. You will develop analyses, automate workflows, and collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, and Medical Affairs teams to ensure quality and timely outputs.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop statistical analyses for German AMNOG dossiers (Module 4).
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
Ensure scientific quality and clear, output-driven results.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, GBA and HTA bodies.
