Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment activities in Germany while based in Spain. The role focuses on statistical programming for AMNOG dossiers and clinical data analysis, with emphasis on CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets and market access deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a biostatistics background, experience in HTA/AMNOG, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research).
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with German AMNOG processes, IQWiG or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA, and HTA bodies.
