Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support German AMNOG dossiers with statistical programming in a Spain-based, remote/hybrid setup. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists applying clinical evidence to reimbursement decisions, with a strong emphasis on programming and methodological rigor.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, and have HTA/AMNOG/HEOR exposure, CDISC SDTM/ADaM familiarity, and fluent German and English

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM).
• German AMNOG process knowledge or IQWiG/G-BA familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, and patient-relevant endpoints.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure quality, clarity and reproducibility of outputs.
• Stay updated on IQWiG, G-BA and HTA methodological developments.
