Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) to support German AMNOG dossiers and HTA activities from a Spain-based location with remote/hybrid flexibility. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with strong clinical evidence application and substantial statistical programming responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has >2 years of SAS programming experience, knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and fluency in German and English. Collaboration with Market Access and EU-HTA teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and relevant HTA bodies.
